Questions before you buy...

Q: Can I trust the Whoopgnash store?
A: Yes. The Whoopgnash store is operated by PayPal (http://www.paypal.com).  Paypal is an established vendor for this service and has over 50 million members worldwide, and over 40,000 web sites currently use PayPal to process their transactions.  Paypal handles the encryption of all data you provide; for more information see the answer to "Is PayPal secure?" question on their web site.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Since our store is operated by PayPal, we accept whatever forms they accept.  Currently, this includes VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and if you have a PayPal account you can transfer money directly from that.

Q: Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to buy from the store?
A: No, you don't need to have a PayPal account.  You can buy directly using a credit card if you so choose.

Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: In general, yes.  Orders from the US, Canada, and Europe should be fine.  If we are unable to ship to your country, we will issue you a refund.  Note also that PayPal supports conversion between currencies, including Euros, Pounds Sterling, Japanese Yen or Canadian Dollars (as of this writing).

Q: Do you have a privacy policy?
A: Sure.  We will use your information only for the purposes of shipping your purchase to you.  We don't sell your name, address, or use any of your personal information for any other purposes unless required to do so by law.  Note that PayPal (who provides our Store) also has their own Privacy Policy which is worth reading if you have way too much time on your hands.
